PURPOSE: A battery apparatus in a portable electronic equipment is provided to safely preserve the data of a portable electronic equipment and prevent a wrong operation by lengthening the contact time between contact terminals and contact bosses taking power outputted from a battery than the contact time between a contact terminal and a contact boss to detect the state of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery apparatus(100) in a portable electronic equipment has the first contact terminal(110), the second contact terminal(120), the third contact terminal(130), and the fourth contact terminal(140). The first contact terminal(110) outputs negative voltage from the battery(100). The second contact terminal(120) outputs positive voltage from the battery(100). The third contact terminal(130) outputs positive voltage, used as a signal to detect the state of the battery(100), from the battery(100). The fourth contact terminal(140) outputs the voltage state of the battery(100). |
