LINEAR CHANNEL SELECT FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A linear channel select filter is provided to control current of the filter to linearly vary a desired frequency. CONSTITUTION: A linear channel select filter for selecting a frequency using resistance and capacitance includes a GM current cell part(100) and a capacitor circuit part(200). The GM current cell part decides a control voltage in response to a select signal and provides output current in response to a differential input voltage. The GM current cell part linearly controls the output current based on the control voltage, and provides resistance linearly varied with the output current. The capacitor circuit part is connected to the GM current cell part to provide capacitance.
