PURPOSE: A method for controlling an Internet AD(ADvertisement) lottery system is provided to double an AD effect by issuing the lottery to a user connecting to a web site, displaying an AD screen of a company, and offering various events. CONSTITUTION: After receiving payment guarantee from an insurance company, the lottery having a certification number is given to the user or the certification number is given to the user when the user connects to the web site. The user presents the certification number and registers lotto numbers by connecting to the web site, and the AD screen of an advertiser is displayed to the web page. A drawing result is noticed by confirming the lottery numbers to a lottery businessman periodically. A management server requests the insurance company to give prize money to the drawn user over a predetermined price.
