PURPOSE: An output port circuit for removing penetration current is provided to reduce the power consumption and supply stably the power by removing the penetration current from the output port. CONSTITUTION: An output port circuit for removing penetration current includes a first and a second delay buffer, a first MUX, a second MUX, a first switch, a second switch. The first and the second delay buffers are used for delaying input signals. The first MUX is used for receiving an output signal of the first delay buffer when the input signal is a low level. The second MUX is used for receiving an output signal of the second delay buffer when the input signal is a high level. The first switch is controlled by an output of the first MUX. The second switch is controlled by an output of the second MUX.
