PURPOSE: A sub frame for a vehicle is provided to easily produce each member at low price, reduce the total weight of the sub frame, and improve the strength by forming a rear axle mounting member, an auxiliary member, a connecting member, and a cross member in a pipe-shape structure and connecting each member. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame for a vehicle is composed of a pipe-shape rear axle mounting member(10) of which both ends are bent upward with inclined sides(11) extended from the central part; a pipe-shape auxiliary member(20) for connecting both inclined sides of the rear axle mounting member; a pipe-shape connecting member(30) of which one end is fixed to both ends of the rear axle mounting member at right angle for the front side; and a pipe-shape cross member(40) for connecting the other ends of the connecting member in the horizontal direction.
