PURPOSE: A crucible storage device is provided to improve the reliability of analyzed data and work efficiency by storing a crucible at regulation temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION: A crucible storage device comprises a cover(1) installed on an outer cabinet, a heating unit(13) made of a refractory material and embedding a heating cable for maintaining a regulation temperature, a direct heat isolating plate(12) for isolating the direct heat transfer from the heating unit, and a storage(10) for loading a crucible. A pair of proximity sensors for opening and closing the cover are placed in the front portion of the outer cabinet. A cylinder operated by the proximity sensors is fixed in the rear portion of the outer cabinet. The heating unit includes a constant-temperature, moisture-proof controller(5).
