PURPOSE: A method for coating steel with synthetic resin and the steel coated with synthetic resin are provided to efficiently coat the steel with synthetic resin by using heat remaining in the steel when manufacturing the steel. CONSTITUTION: Steel(10) passes through a synthetic resin case(4) while moving the steel into a cutting machine(3). A synthetic resin coating layer(20) is integrally formed at the surface of the steel.
