PURPOSE: A carrier guide apparatus of an ink jet printer is provided to reduce feeding fault and vibration caused by abrasion particles or impurities by changing a contact status between a guide bush and a guide shaft. CONSTITUTION: A carrier guide apparatus guides a reciprocating movement of a carrier(140). The carrier guide apparatus includes a frame(160) having a bending section(161), which is bent from both sides of a bottom surface of the frame(160). A driving motor(170) is coupled to the bottom surface of the frame(160). A first pulley(180) is coupled to a rotational shaft of the driving motor(170). Two guide bushes are inserted into a coupling section having a hollow shape and formed at a bottom surface of a carrier(140). A guide shaft(200) is inserted into the guide bushes and the carrier(140) is assembled with the guide shaft(200).
