PURPOSE: A method for learning a language using a flash file is provided to display a flash file to a user computer by generating a word, a phrase, and a sentence of a native language and the learning language as one file, and transmitting the file to the user computer. CONSTITUTION: A content is output in the native language(S10). Each word, phrase, and sentence of the body displayed in the native language is rolled over in the learning language and is output in a native speech of the learning language(S20,S30,S40). Each word, phrase, and sentence of the body displayed in the learning language is rolled over in the native language and is output in the native speech of the learning language(S50,S60,S70). The body is displayed in the learning language and is output in the native speech of the learning language at the same time. The body is output in the native speech of the learning language(S80).
