CONTINUOUS ELECTROLYSIS SYSTEM FOR TREATING WASTEWATER CONTAINING HIGH CONCENTRATION NITROGEN

PURPOSE: A continuous electrolysis system for treating wastewater containing high concentration nitrogen is provided to treat non-biodegradable materials as well as nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus discharged from livestock wastewater using the electrolysis principle and enable connection and operation to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: The continuous electrolysis system comprises a plurality of anode plates(9) to a frame of which a mesh type electrode net is fixed and supported, on both edges of which anode connection terminals(15) are projectingly formed, and which are connected to each other by an anode connection bar(19) passing through the anode connection terminals; a plurality of cathode plates(11) to a frame of which a mesh type electrode net is fixed and supported, on both edges of which cathode connection terminals(17) are projectingly formed, and which are connected to each other by a cathode connection bar(21) passing through the cathode connection terminals; a plurality of electrode gap maintaining plates(13) which are installed between the anode plates and the cathode plates, and on a central part of which lateral ribs and longitudinal ribs are alternately formed in a lattice shape; vertical supports installed at both sides to integrally form an electrolytic cell by pressing the plurality of anode plates, the plurality of cathode plates and the plurality of electrode gap maintaining plates using hydraulic pressure; lateral supports which are installed by traversing the two vertical supports, and on which the anode connection bar and the cathode connection bar are installed; and a hydraulic device comprising a pusher installed at one side of the vertical supports to push a plurality of modules composing the electrolytic cell.
