摘要 PURPOSE: An optical target shape setting system and an optical target shape setting method are provided to improve flatness of cold rolled strip by securing shape information of post-processes in online and setting a target flatness value when controlling flatness of the strip to be worked in the continuous cold rolling process. CONSTITUTION: The optical target shape setting system comprises a flatness measuring unit (A) for measuring shape of strip of the continuous annealing process (post-process) through CCD camera, laser flatness measuring device and encoder; an annealing process flatness storage part (B) for storing flatness values and coil numbers measured by the flatness measuring unit; a rolling process shape storage part (C) for storing shape measuring values in the rolling process; and an optical target shape setting unit (D) for determining the optical target flatness function per layer through correlation analysis of flatness per layer after calculating shape symmetrical components and shape asymmetrical components using shape and flatness information of the annealing process flatness storage part and the rolling process shape storage part.
