METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SINTER ORE BY CHARGING RETURN ORE ON BOTTOM PART OF SINTERING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sinter ore by charging return ore on bottom part of sintering machine is provided to minimize firing defects due to condensed water by coercively charging small grains of return ore into wet zone of a bottom part of sintering car so that air permeability is secured by absorbing excessive moisture. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of primarily spreading out hearth layer(17) on the bottom of sintering car(5); a step of charging large grains of iron ore(15) whose sizes are segregated in surge hopper onto the hearth layer to a certain depth using subsidiary drum feeder(7); a step of spreading out return ore(16) on the large grains of the iron ore at a position of wet zone of a bottom part of the sintering car where moisture is condensed during the firing process; and a step of charging small grains of the iron ore whose sizes are segregated in the surge hopper onto the return ore using main drum feeder(6).
