发明名称 METHOD FOR SUPPLYING STANNOUS IONS
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for supplying stannous ions is provided to directly dissolve tin powder in which crystal defects are generated in the activation treatment of the tin powder into the stannous ions so that the stannous ions are supplied by injecting an acidic solution into the tin powder in the mechanical activation treating process of the tin powder. CONSTITUTION: In a stannous ion supplying method for an electrical tin plating system using insoluble anode, the method comprises a step of mechano-chemical activation treating the tin powder by milling tin powder using at least 3G or more of mechanical energy; a step of injecting an acidic solution into the tin powder while the tin powder is being milled to dissolve tin powder in which crystal defects are generated into the stannous ions; and a step of injecting the stannous ions into the electrical tin plating system, wherein the step of injecting the acidic solution into the tin powder is performed at the same time as the step of mechano-chemical activation treating the tin powder, wherein an average particle size of the tin powder is 15 nm or less, and wherein the acidic solution is at least one or more of solutions selected from phenol sulfonic acid solution, methane sulfonic acid solution, ethane sulfonic acid solution and sulfuric acid solution.
