PURPOSE: A multi-function transfer robot for inspecting/repairing an underground pipe is provided to reduce the size and weight of the robot. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function transfer robot for inspecting/repairing an underground pipe is composed of a control unit(3) mounted to one end of a robot body(1), a driving motor(9) mounted to one end of a wheel fixing plate(2) and connected to a driving wheel(11), an operating unit(4) inserted into the body, a cylindrical transfer unit(5) engaged with the outside of the operating unit, a connecting unit(6) coupled to one end of the transfer unit, an angle control unit(7) coupled to one end of the connecting unit, a cutter unit(8) mounted to the bottom of the angle control unit, and a camera/fan tilting unit(10) mounted to the bottom of the angle control unit.
