PURPOSE: A heterogeneous resin coated steel sheet for automotive outer panels having superior corrosion resistance and forming property although an inexpensive steel sheet having low formability is used by solving forming property deterioration problem due to frictional coefficient difference of both sides of one side pre-sealed steel sheet is provided. CONSTITUTION: The heterogeneous resin coated steel sheet for automotive outer panels comprises a galvanized layer formed on one side of steel sheet; chemical conversion treatment coating film and pre-sealed coating film formed on an upper part of the galvanized layer; and a lubrication coating film formed by coating an organic or an organic and inorganic compound lubrication solution on the other side of the steel sheet, wherein a metal chromium adhesion quantity of 1 to 200 mg/m¬2 is coated in case that the chemical conversion treatment coating film is a chromate coating film, and the chemical conversion treatment coating film is coated to a thickness of 0.01 to 1.0 μm in case that the chemical conversion treatment coating film is a chromium-free coating film, and wherein the lubrication coating film is formed by an inorganic lubrication treating method for forming a coating type phosphate coating film or precipitating metal and metal salt.
