PURPOSE: A digital door lock is provided to sense accurately an opening state and a shutting state of a door and simplify a total structure by using a magnet installed at a door frame. CONSTITUTION: A controller(16) is installed on a base(12). A motor(18) is installed on the base. The motor includes a driving gear(20) and is connected to the controller. A drive gear(22) is coupled to the driving gear. A driven shaft(26) is installed vertically to the base. A top gear(24) and the driven gear are formed with one body. A sector gear(38) is coupled to the top gear. A bar(40) is formed at a rear end of the sector gear. A first and a second sensor(42,44) are arranged at an end of the bar. The first and the second sensors are connected to the controller. An idle gear(32) is coupled to the top gear. An idle shaft(34) is installed vertically to the base. A key(36) is coupled to the idle shaft. A locking device is coupled to a front end of the key.
