DEFECT DIAGNOSING DEVICE OF WHEEL LOADER CONTROLLER BY CAN COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A defect diagnosing device of a wheel loader controller by CAN(Controller Area Network) communication is provided to simplify the structure, improve operation convenience for drivers, and check and repair broken-down parts by displaying and checking out defects on one display unit without mounting display units for displaying the breakdown of controllers to each controller. CONSTITUTION: A defect diagnosing device of a wheel loader controller by CAN communication is composed of a transmission control unit(1) installed to a transmission shift lever of a wheel loader; an engine control unit(2) installed to an engine; an equipment control unit(3) for controlling equipment; and a display unit(4) connected to each control unit. The defect diagnosing information and condition data are mutually exchanged between each control unit by connecting between the control units by the CAN communication. The display unit is connected to the equipment control unit to receive and display the defect and condition information to a driver's seat.
