PURPOSE: A data transmission method using a wireless link protocol is provided to transmit effectively data and reduce an error rate by meeting actively a variation of wireless environment. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission method using a wireless link protocol includes a data transmission process, a re-transmission checking process, and a communication network load control mode switching process. The data transmission process is performed in a standard transmission mode to transmit a data frame of a normal state(S10). The re-transmission checking process is performed to check a data re-transmission request of a data receiver(S12). The communication network load control mode switching process is performed to change the standard transmission mode to the communication network load control mode when the receiver transmits the data re-transmission request(S14).
