PURPOSE: A device for managing patrol information using a smart card and a portable terminal is provided to accurately know a patrol time by equipping each patrol section with the smart card, and largely reduce the expense and manpower for managing a patrol business by collectively managing the patrol data. CONSTITUTION: A contactless smart card is installed to each patrol place and is equipped with a serial number. An RF(Radio Frequency) communication tool(44) communicates with the smart card through an RF mode. A clock(45) outputs time data when the communication between the smart card and the RF communication tool is realized. A storage(47) extracts the serial data included in the data and stores the serial number by matching with the time data of the clock. A wireless communication modem(48) transmits the data stored in the storage through the wireless. |
