DUAL PANEL TYPE ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A dual panel type organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance the production yield and the efficiency of the production management by forming an array element and an electro-luminescence diode on different substrates, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(212) is formed to a first direction on a first substrate. A data line is formed to a second direction across the first direction. A power supply line(220) is formed to the second direction apart from the data line. An additional link line is formed at an intersection between the gate line and the power supply line. A switching TFT(Ts) is formed at an intersection between the gate line and the data line. The switching TFT includes a semiconductor layer, which is formed with amorphous silicon. A driving TFT(TD) is formed at an intersection between the switching TFT and the power supply line. The driving TFT includes the same semiconductor layer as the switching TFT. A column-shaped electric connection pattern is connected to the driving TFT. The column-shaped electric connection pattern is formed with conductive polymer. A doped silicon material layer of the semiconductor layer has a pattern structure corresponding to a pattern structure of the data line.
