PURPOSE: A polymer-modified asphalt composition is provided to increase the compatibility of asphalt with a styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) block copolymer by using sulfur, thereby improving the storage stability of the modified asphalt composition. CONSTITUTION: The polymer-modified asphalt composition comprises, based on 100pts.wt of asphalt, 0.5-10pts.wt of SBS, 0.1-5pts.wt of Gilsonite and 0.01-1pts.wt of sulfur. |
