PURPOSE: A personal fomentation booth is provided to comfortably take rest in a personal fomentation space and to directly radiate far infrared rays in the limited space for a health improvement. CONSTITUTION: The personal fomentation booth(10) comprises a case(12) with an upper portion as opened so that a user lies down, a side wall at a predetermined height, and a head supporter(14) for supporting the head of the user to be exposely easy; a stone material(20) being furnished in the inside of the case for radiating far infrared rays; and a heating member(30) for heating the stone material, with a heating line provided along the bottom and the side wall of the case, a heater for heating the heating line and a temperature controller.
