PURPOSE: A method of making functional granular apple tea by granulating an apple concentrate and a mushroom concentrate is provided. The product has the palatability of apple and a physiologically active substance of mushroom at the same time as well as nutrients. CONSTITUTION: The granular apple tea contains apple granules and mushroom granules in a weight ratio of 50 to 80:30 to 50. The apple granules are prepared by 5 to 15% by weight of an apple concentrate having a brix value of 40 to 50, 1 to 2% by weight of organic acid and a remaining amount of anhydrous dextrose, drying to a moisture content of 5% or less and then granulating. The mushroom granules are prepared by 5 to 15% by weight of a mushroom concentrate having a brix value of 30 to 40, 2 to 3% by weight of organic acid and a remaining amount of anhydrous dextrose, drying to a moisture content of 5% or less and then granulating. The mushroom is one or more components selected form Ganoderma lucidum, Cordyceps sinensis, Phellinus linteus, Hericium erinaceum, Fuscoporia obliqua or the like.
