PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form a barrier rib pattern having a uniform forward direction reverse taper characteristic by performing a dry-etch process using an inorganic material. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device includes a first electrode, a barrier rib, and a second electrode. The first electrode(122) is formed on an upper surface of a substrate. The barrier rib(128) is formed on an upper surface of the first electrode by a dry-etch process using an inorganic material. The barrier rib has an open part in a sub-pixel region and a reverse taper angle. The second electrode(132) is automatically patterned each sub-pixel region by the barrier rib. The second electrode is formed within the sub-pixel region.
