PURPOSE: A rear suspension of a commercial vehicle is provided to decrease the rotation angle of a spring shackle by limiting the rotation angle of a second shackle with a bump stopper in up and down behaviors of a leaf spring and to improve the turning stability and suppress pitching, bouncing, and rolling vibrations of the vehicle body by maximally repressing the track variation of a rear axle. CONSTITUTION: A spring shackle(5) for connecting one end of a leaf spring(1) with a side frame(4) is composed of a first shackle(5a) of which one end is movably combined with the leaf spring by a leaf spring hinge(21) and a second shackle(5b) of which one end is movably combined with a shackle bracket(6) combined to the side frame by a bracket hinge(22) and the other end is overlapped and movably combined with the front end of the first shackle by a shackle hinge(23). A bump stopper(31) for preventing shock applied from wheels from being directly transmitted to the vehicle body is fixed and installed to the side frame to control the rotation angle of the second shackle with selectively contacting with one side of the second shackle in rotating the spring shackle.
