PURPOSE: A delay circuit is provided, which has a uniform delay time even though an operation voltage is varied. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of delay cells(10,11) have different delay time each other and delay an input signal for a constant time and then output it. A voltage level detection part(13) detects an operation voltage and then outputs a level detection signal. A multiplexor(12) selects at least delay cell among the plurality of delay cells according to the level detection signal, and then outputs an output signal delayed as much as the delay time of the selected delay cell.
