PURPOSE: An optical fiber block for minimizing a position error is provided to prevent the position error due to the difference between the bear glasses during the alignment of the optical fiber by transmitting the elastic force to the bear glass. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber block(400) for minimizing a position error includes a plurality of optical fibers(430). The optical fiber block(400) includes a plurality of V grooves(451), a bottom substrate(420) and a top substrate(410). The plurality of V grooves(451) is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the optical fibers(430). The bottom substrate(420) supports the optical fiber by providing with the plurality of V grooves(451). And, the top substrate(410) prevents the flow of the optical fibers(430) by joining to the top of the bottom substrate(420).
