MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF STICKER

PURPOSE: An adhesive and a coating process are replaced with an adhesive and a PVC raw material to facilitate manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive(10) is applied to a PVC raw material and the PVC raw material is cut in a certain size. An offset print or silk print is carried out to the PVC raw material to print desired character or design. A coating process is carried out with a silk print to give an embossing effect to the character and to prevent shrinking of the sticker.
