PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable wristband type armrest enabling the free movement of a wrist without impairing the reduction in size and weight of a mouse. SOLUTION: This armrest, which is wound on the wrist of the arm operating the mouse that is the pointing device of a computer, comprises a wristband body 100A to be wound on the wrist. A part of the wristband body 100A is swollen outward from the other part, and the swollen part is formed by incorporating an elastic material as a base part 200A in the wristband body 100A.
