PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a detection range of a human being sensor in the vertical direction, and to smooth selecting operation of a mode selection switch, in regard to a human being sensor formed into a dimension corresponding to one wiring apparatus 1 possible to be fitted to a fitting frame allowing to fit three or less regulated wiring apparatus there. SOLUTION: A support 3, which has at lest two fitting surfaces 9 and 10 and in which the human being sensor 4 is fitted to one fitting surface 9 and the mode selection switch 6 is fitted to the other fitting surface 10, is fitted to a case 2 freely to turn between a position wherein the human being sensor 4 is directed outward and a position wherein the mode selection switch 6 is directed outward. With this structure, even if the human being sensor switch is formed compact corresponding to dimension of one regulated wiring apparatus, width dimension of the human being sensor 4 in the vertical direction is increased to sufficiently secure a detection range of the human being sensor switch 4 in the vertical direction, or dimension of the mode selection switch 6 is increased to smooth the selecting operation of the mode selection switch.
