摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-row ball bearing for supporting a pinion shaft of a differential device and a transfer device, which materializes reduction in the outside diameter size of an outer ring member 11 and miniaturization of the double-row ball bearing 10. SOLUTION: A tandem type double-row angular contact ball bearing contains an inner ring member 13 having a double-row raceway surface, an outer ring member 11 having a double-row raceway surface corresponding to respective raceway surfaces of the inner ring member 13, and a group of balls 15, 16 interposed between raceway surfaces of respective rows of the inner ring member 13 and the outer ring member 11 having respectively different pitch circle diameters. The bottom diameter D5 of the major diametric inner ring raceway surface 13a of the inner ring member 13 is set smaller than the shoulder diameter D6 of the shoulder part 13c on the major diametric inner ring raceway surface side of the minor diametric inner ring raceway surface 13b.
