PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction cycles, and use the size of a economically advantageous segment piece. SOLUTION: A construction device comprises a shield machine 10 arranged on the edge, subsequent trucks 24a-24e mounting various subsequent facilities, an erector 23 circularly assembling a curved plate segment piece 22, and a segment conveying device 30. The conveying device 30 comprises a segment supply part 31 installed between the subsequent truck 24a and the shield machine 10 and supplying the piece 22 to the erector 23, and a roller conveyor unit 32 installed on the upper side of the subsequent trucks 24a-24e installing the subsequent facilities on the lower side respectively.
