PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a dry cell to lengthen the life of the cell in a water supply control system adapted to automatically open a solenoid valve to discharge water according to the human body detection of a human body detecting sensor by a control part and supply power from a power generator to a capacitor to perform charging, and including the dry cell used as an ordinary power supply and serving as a backup cell. SOLUTION: This water supply control device includes: the human body detecting sensor 16, the solenoid valve 24; the control part 36; the power generator 26, the capacitor 40 as an ordinary power supply and the dry cell 44 as a backup cell. When electric power is supplied from the dry cell 44 to the capacitor 40, the driving period of the human body detecting sensor 16 is changed from the short period to the long period.
