PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for propagation and supply of effective bacteria which can propagate and supply the effective bacteria before feeding them into a degradation treatment device where organic liquid materials, such as sewage and waste water, are degraded by the effective bacteria, in consideration of the problem that the degradation treatment device requires a large supply of the effective bacteria. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for propagation and supply of the effective bacteria, a seed bacterium tank stores the effective bacterial strain purely cultured beforehand and supplies the effective bacterial strain to a culture tank. A part of the organic liquid materials to be degraded is supplied into the culture tank, and used as a medium to propagate the effective bacterial strain.
