PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a detergent consumption, rinsing time and a water consumption by using a washing auxiliary member for washing at a time of washing. SOLUTION: The washing auxiliary member 1 for washing is composed of a spherical foamed body 2 or a polygonal foamed body 3 consisting of a flexible plastic material (e.g., a polyurethane foam material or the like) and provided with a weight 4 having appropriate weight at the core.
