PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device of which the attaching work and the disassembling work are easy. SOLUTION: For this circuit device, a case 1 and a case 11 are assembled by fitting with a receiving part 8, a latching part 18 and an insertion part 20. Therefore, tools such as a driver does not need to be used in both of the assembly and the disassembly for the case 1 and the case 11, and those works can be easily performed. A circuit substrate 23 is incorporated into the case 1 and the case 11 by fitting with a supporting body 27, and therefore, tools such as a driver does not need to be used in both of the incorporation and the removal of the circuit substrate 23 into/from the case 1 and the case 11, and those works can be easily performed.
