PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed polyurethane mat containing charcoal, which excels in elastic capability and enables efficient use of potency of bamboo charcoal powder or charcoal powder. SOLUTION: Binder 3 is sprayed to an admixture of foamed polyurethane foam chip 1 and bamboo charcoal powder or charcoal powder 2, nonwoven fabric 6 is put on double-sides of the admixture laminae 5 on which the binder 3 is sprayed, and after spraying hot steam 9 through the nonwoven fabric 6, a pressure roller 10 is weakly pressurized on the surface of the nonwoven fabric 6 so that it can make the tip 1 mutually and the bamboo charcoal powder or the charcoal powder 2 combined together with the binder 3 and the nonwoven fabric 6 is stuck with the binder 3.
