<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing valve for a fuel cell of simple constitution that is automatically opened/closed to follow disconnection/connection of a main passage in a fluid feed line. <P>SOLUTION: In an inner wall of a lower end surface of a body 14 composing this opening and closing valve for a fuel cell 10, a fluid inlet 44 having a valve seat 46 is provided. When pressure of compression air reaching the fluid inlet 44 becomes over total of pilot pressure in a second chamber 40 and resiliency energization force from a coil spring 82, a valve element 48 is pushed by the compression air to move up. Finally, a seat member 58 in a circular groove 56 provided in a lower end surface of a disc part 50 in the valve element 48 gets separated from the valve seat 46. As a result, the compression air passes from the fluid inlet 44 through a first chamber 38 to be discharged out of a second feed pipe 22.
