<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pore-filled electrolyte film having a good mechanical intensity, oxidation resistance and heat dimensional stability. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte film is provided with a polyimide unwoven fabric mainly made of a crystalline polyimide fiber consisting of a thermoplastic polyimide having a chemical structure shown in formula (1) as a repetition unit, as a base material, and the pores of the base material is filled with a proton conductivity resin. In formula (1), R represents a tetravalent aromatic residue selected from among a monocyclic aromatic, a condensed polycyclic aromatic, and a non-condensation polycyclic aromatic with aromatic rings bound directly or by a bridging member; X represents a divalent residue selected from among a hydrocarbon group, a carbonyl group , an ether group, a thio group or a sulfonyl group with a direct connection; Y<SB>1</SB>to Y<SB>4</SB>represent monovalent residues selected from among hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group or a halogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
