<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency by performing packet transmission without causing an unused band. <P>SOLUTION: On the side of a slave machine 10, if a frame signal is valid and capacity information is not empty, the packet is read from a transmission packet buffer 11, and if a frame size is reached during reading, the reading is stopped and re-reading is performed when the next frame signal is valid. Also, on the side of a master machine 20, if a start signal is received at the time the frame signal is valid, the packet is written in a reception packet buffer 21, and if an end signal is received when the frame signal is valid, writing into the reception packet buffer 21 is completed and the packet is read from the reception packet buffer 21 by a reading address corresponding to a number of a slave machine to be read out.
