<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pharmacist to conduct adequate and safe administration of a medicine to the disease and wound of a patient and give efficient instructions for the intake of the medicine to prevent serious side effects of the medicine, by assuming the state of the disease of the patient and pharmacologically diagnosing the prescribed medicine. <P>SOLUTION: A disease presumption database comprises: a medical prescription database which stores medical prescriptions of medical prescription sheet issued in the past; a medicine database in which the effects and side effects, the interactions between the medicines of each prescribed medicine, and diseases and wounds for which the medicines are administered are stored by associated with each other; and a disease and wound database which stores conditions, under which the medicines are administered, cautions in administering the medicines and so on for every disease and wound.
