<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high water-soluble calcium agent or a calcium and magnesium agent, and to provide production methods for them. <P>SOLUTION: The high water-soluble calcium agent or the calcium and magnesium agent is produced by neutralizing the following component A with the following component B wherein the component A contains the calcium component or both calcium and magnesium components and the component B is a combination of organic acid components selected from gluconic acid and adipic acid components, gluconic acid and fumaric acid components, lactic acid and adipic acid components, and lactic acid and fumaric acid components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
