<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire magnetic field information and electric field information highly accurately at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 16 having a pair of gaps 18 is provided by a conductive material flatly on a printed circuit board 14. A pair of parallel plate electrodes 20A, 20B are arranged respectively on the ends of the conductor pattern 16 forming the pair of gaps 18, and electro-optic elements 21, 22 are inserted and arranged in the pair of gaps 18. A part on the upper side of a first electro-optic element 21 is formed so that the optical axis direction +Z is directed toward the upper direction, and a part on the lower side of the first electro-optic element 21 is formed so that the optical axis direction +Z is directed toward the lower direction. A second electro-optic element 22 is formed so that the optical axis direction +Z is directed toward toward the upper direction along the circumferential direction of the conductor pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
