<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and effectively certify color information by comparing by a color latent image displaying body related by corresponding to visible or invisible information given to printed matter and to enable its truth or falsehood to be discriminated. <P>SOLUTION: The visible information is printed on a surface of a printed base material 1 and the color latent image displaying body 17 is formed. The latent image displaying body 17 has a color display surface 18 provided by arranging some basic color elements. On a surface of the color display surface 18, some known basic color elements C, Y, M are selected to print colorless fluorescent ink 3. Color latent images 20 to 22 related with visible information by correlating are given.
