PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out usefulness of a remedy for glaucoma given by combining an Rho kinase inhibitor having new mechanism of action and aβ-blocker. SOLUTION: This remedy for the glaucoma is given by combining the Rho kinase inhibitor and theβ-blocker, so that the inhibitor and the blocker are complementary to and/or reinforced by each other in intraocular pressure lowering action.
