PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make data recorded by apparatus accessible even if these apparatus are not connected to a network. SOLUTION: The recorder registers a set of an interface ID of an apparatus allotted to the recorder and data in a home server. Upon a request to send data to the apparatus having the interface ID, the home server sends requested data to the request side instead of the apparatus having the interface ID, only when the apparatus having the interface ID is not connected to a network.
