PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated electronic parts which can be used even in a high-frequency region and can improve electric capacitance while enjoying withstand voltage. SOLUTION: A first internal electrode thin film 7 has a first led-out electrode 72 one end 722 of which is connected to a first external terminal electrode 12 and a second led-out electrode 74 one end 742 of which is insulated by a first interruption 73 from the first led-out electrode 72 in the same plane and is connected to a second external terminal electrode 14. The second internal electrode thin film 8 has a third led-out electrode 82 one end 822 of which is connected to the first external terminal electrode 12, a fourth led-out electrode 86 one end 862 of which is connected to the second external terminal electrode 14 and one floating electrode 84 which is insulated by a second interruption 83 and a third interruption 85 from both of the third led-out electrode 82 and the fourth led-out electrode 86 in the same plane and is arranged in such a way that it is not connected to any of the first and second external terminal electrodes 12 and 14.
