PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller of a water wheel generator capable of suitably performing operation control when an automatic operation by a simple operation and water amount and effective head of a water wheel vary. SOLUTION: When the detected effective head becomes a start effective head or more, the controller starts an operation.
