PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window-cleaning device for landing side elevator door capable of cleaning the window without much time and labor compared with the conventional devices. SOLUTION: The window cleaning device for landing side elevator door comprises a power source 10, a first wiring 13 whose end part is connected to the power source 10, transmitters 14a, 14b electrically connected to the first wiring 13 for transmitting electric energy from the power source 10, receivers 15a, 15b provided on a door 1 with no contact to the transmitters 14a, 14b for making contact with and parting from the transmitters in accordance with opening/closing of the door 1 and receiving the electric energy from the transmitters, a second wiring 16 electrically connected to the receivers 15a, 15b, a motor 17 connected to the second wiring 16 and driven by the electric energy, a linkage 18 for transmitting drive force of the motor 17, and a cleaning member 19 provided on an end part of the linkage 18 for sliding on the surface of the window 2 by the drive force.
