PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork-type attachment for a hydraulic shovel most suitable for carrying in/out equipment and materials used for interior demolition work and a container attachment attached thereto and used therefor. SOLUTION: The fork attachment consists of a bracket part and a fork part attached forward of it. The bracket part has a vertical base plate and an opposed side plate protruded backwards therefrom. A pair of pin mounting holes for attaching the shovel is formed in the side plate, and a pair of supporting members protruded forward on the same level from the vicinity of the lower end of the front part of the bracket part is attached to the fork part. Furthermore, there added measures that the fork part is made to be rotatable, operating oil is supplied to a hydraulic motor for rotation from the shovel side, the attachment space of the supporting members is made to be adjustable, and a mechanical lock mechanism of rotation and a fixing means for the supporting members are provided.
